Frequently Asked Questions:

How Do I Place an Order on a Product?

Think of TINAH as your storefront, showcasing a variety of branded goods. When you find something you like and click the "Buy Now" button, you'll be directed to our brand partner's website to complete your purchase. Please note that this unfortunately does mean you can't combine items from different brands in a single order -something we are working on for the future.

Why Does The Price Differ On TINAH To Your Brand Partners?

Our brand partners set their own prices, delivery services and returns policies - these are out of our control. While we strive to keep our price listings current, there may be occasional updates or currency conversion differences that we miss. The final price of your purchase from our brand partners will be confirmed at checkout.

Who Do I Contact With Order Questions?

Since your order is placed directly with one of our brand partners, any questions or concerns about the order, including returns, should be directed to them. While we only partner with brands we trust, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. Please note that TINAH cannot be held responsible for any financial losses, missing parcels, or unresolved customer service issues.

How Do I Know If A Product Or Routine Will Work For Me?

At TINAH, our aim is to empower you to take control of your own mental well-being. We offer a range of resources and recommendations, and each product description highlights how it can benefit you based on your specific mental health challenges. However, it's important to remember that everyone is different - what works for one person may not work for another. Our goal is to help you discover your personal mental well-being toolkit by exploring different options until you find what works best for you.

Is TINAH A Replacement For Therapy Or Professional Services?

No, TINAH is not a replacement for professional mental health services, including therapy. Our recommendations and products are meant to complement your self-led mental well-being journey and can be used alongside therapy or other professional support you may need. If you’re ever unsure about the help you require, we strongly encourage you to consult a medical professional.

Will TINAHs Recommendations Fix My Mental Health?

While we would love to promise that our recommendations will solve your mental health challenges, it's important to understand that this isn't something we can guarantee. All of our suggested products and routines are science-backed and commonly recommended by therapists, particularly in cognitive-behavioral therapy. However, because everyone’s brain, experiences, and challenges are unique, the ideal mental health toolkit will vary from person to person. We provide a wide range of resources that, when used correctly, are designed to help you. However, we cannot be held responsible if they are not used as recommended or if they do not work for you.

Can TINAH Offer Me Personalized Mental Heath Advice?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide personalized advice for mental health challenges. If you need tailored support, we recommend contacting your GP.
