Our aim is to be the go-to mental-wellbeing marketplace, providing you with recommendations of products, services, routines and apps that will support you.
-
Think of TINAH as
The ASOS marketplace or ETSY of mental wellbeing - providing accessibility to those on their personal self-led mental wellbeing journey.
How TINAH works:
We've come up with some science backed routines for you to start tapping in to depending on what mental health challenge you are currently struggling with.
Then we've curated a collection of the best of the best products, services and apps to support you in adopting those routines in your daily life.
In turn giving you the resources to start focusing on YOU and taking your mental wellbeing in to your own hands.
We also have a FREE podcast and community platform for you to get involved in and be part of shifting the conversation around mental health.
In 2018, Sophie experienced a mental breakdown, which bought with it a wave of unfamiliar emotions - crippling chest pain, panic, constant tears, and a deep fear of the future. Recognizing something was seriously wrong, she sought out help from the NHS mental health service, was diagnosed with severe anxiety and moderate depression only to face a 12-week wait for cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
Not accepting this timeline, Sophie utilized her private healthcare from her job as a global fashion buyer, to recieved 10 sessions of talking therapy.
Therapy revealed a deeper struggle with anxiety and detrimental thought patterns, prompting Sophie to start her self-development mission to change her brain. Fast forward to 2024, having travelled across the globe to explore various anxiety relief methods, she's discovered effective coping mechanisms that reduce her anxiety symptoms.
Despite her personal progress, the unchanged landscape of global mental health services left her frustrated and it was this frustration that birthed TINAH - a platform bridging the gap between navigating mental health challenges alone and accessing the support needed.
Whilst we do not claim to be a replacement for therapy, we want to share our knowledge and empower you to also take your mental wellbeing in to your own hands.
